Happy New Year! We made it to 2019, and I, for one, am extremely excited. On a personal note, I just started my fourth term teaching culinary arts at Gateway Technical College at the Elkhorn Campus. It has been a thrill ride, but nothing has been more exciting than my reconnection with baking.
