At 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 14, train enthusiast Den Adler shares a slideshow of trains from the 1970s and ’80s. On Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 18 and Jan. 19, the library hosts a model railroad display open to all ages. The display will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 18 and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 19. On Tuesday, Jan. 21, filmmaker Bob Leff hosts “A Railroader Remembers,” about the documentary of a 38-year veteran of the Chicago and Northwestern railroad.
