Hop on the bunny trail: Egg hunts abound

WALWORTH COUNTY — All you need is a basket and a spirit of adventure to enjoy an Easter egg hunt around the area next weekend. Of course, some sunny spring weather wouldn’t hurt, even though these events are expected to go on rain or shine — or snow!

The following egg hunts all take place Saturday, April 20.

• 9:45 a.m., Phoenix Park, 111 E. Wisconsin St., Delavan. More than 1,000 eggs.
• 10 a.m., Duck Pond Recreation Area, Wild Duck Road (off Wisconsin Highway 67), Fontana
• 10 a.m., Lions Field House, 310 Elkhorn Road, Williams Bay. Ages 10 and under.
• 10:30 a.m., Bloomfield Town Hall, N1100 Townhall Road, Pell Lake. Doors open at 10 a.m. Ages 11 and under.
• 10:30 a.m., Seminary Park, 200 S. Lake Shore Drive, Lake Geneva.
• Noon, Lyons Township Fire Department, 6339 Hospital Road, Lyons. Goodie bags for all children. Ages 12 and under.
• 2 p.m., Timber Ridge at Grand Geneva Resort, 7020 Grand Geneva Way, Lake Geneva.
