Sometimes it’s OK to put all your eggs in one basket — like when you’re on an egg hunt.

A children’s egg hunt is part of the fun during the Easter event on Friday and Saturday, April 19 and April 20, at Jones Market in Fort Atkinson.

An egg hunt will be available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days. In addition, you can get your picture taken with a live bunny and with Pork Chop, the Jones mascot, dressed as the Easter Bunny.

A ham carving demo and ham sampling will be offered at 11 a.m. each day and free recipe cards will be available. Lunch and ice cream may be purchased.
The market is located at 601 Jones Ave. Go online to for more information.

On Saturday, April 20, the Rock County Historical Society will host a free egg hunt for children 10 and under. The fun starts at 11 a.m. at 426 N. Jackson St. in Janesville.

The RCHS event is free, but donations of canned food for the ECHO food pantry are appreciated.
