WHITEWATER — The fifth annual Whitewater Main Street Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, in downtown Whitewater.
The celebration of the arts takes over a two-block area of Main Street, which will be closed for the event.
Street painting is a favorite activity for festival-goers. For $5 a square visitors can paint a piece of Main Street. The art lasts for several weeks.
