“A Curious George exhibit targeted to children ages 3 through 7 can augment learning in this critical time period,” said Sarah Wolf, executive director of Discovery Center Museum. “The science and math activities in the exhibit will provide a rich and meaningful context in which these skills can be learned and developed in a fun and engaging way.”
Based on the familiar characters in H.A. and Margret Rey’s classic stories published by Houghton Mifflin, the new Curious George exhibit inspires young children’s natural curiosity as they explore early science, math and engineering through hands-on interactive play.
The immersive exhibit environment takes place in the neighborhood where Curious George lives with his friend, The Man with the Yellow Hat. Features include a produce stand, a park, a construction site, mini golf and a farm.
The exhibit is in English and Spanish.
