Delavan's 1st Lieutenant Marty Wright, Civil Air Patrol served as Master of Ceremonies, while members of the Wilkens-Kelly American Legion Post 450 provided the Color Guard for the day's ceremony.  Sergeant Mindy Brunswick, Wisconsin Army National Guard, of Delavan laid the US Army's wreath; Petty Officer Richard Miller laid the Navy's wreath; Captain Debbie Holden, CAP, of Delavan, laid the US Air Force wreath; Marine Veteran Curtis Pooler placed the Marines wreath; Petty Officer Deryl Ingle, US Coast Guard, laid the US Coast Wreath; Cadet 2nd Lt Charlie Holden, CAP, of Delavan, laid the Merchant Marines' wreath, and Delavan's Cadet 2nd Lt Brandon Nance laid the wreath to honor our country's POWs and MIAs.  Representative Stephen Nass spoke briefly before Erika Crosby, Elkhorn Area High School senior, ended the ceremony with TAPS.
