JANESVILLE MESSENGER -- Investigators have released photos of identifying of tattoos on the arms of a suspect that led to national manhunt.

SOUTH BELOIT -- While a South Beloit 2-year-old battles stage IV kidney cancer, friends and family are organizing a fundraiser to help defray mounting medical bills.

Logan Windsor first was diagnosed in August 2016 when doctors discovered a Wilms tumor, a type of childhood kidney cancer, that had spread to his lungs. He has been receiving treatment ever since.
