 SUGAR CREEK TOWNSHIP -- Have you seen Richard Coogen of Sugar Creek Township? The 76-year-old man left home yesterday for an appointment in Delavan, but never arrived and hasn't been heard from. He was driving a white 2003 Cadillac Seville.A sheriff's office news release says he has memory problems, although hasn't been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. He's a retired school teacher, so police are checking school parking lots. Coogan is 5’ 10”, 175 lbs., with brown eyes and gray hair.
